XY-GU-A-B High speed facial tissue production line combined embossing, folding, counting, match with high-speed paper cutting machine, conveying,  automatic soft packing, then semi automatic bundle packing. It much save manpower. This machine adopt PLC computer programming technology, frequency control, servo feeding control, match with touch type screen man-machine interface operating system. The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive. Folding machine can match with automatic tension control system, to suitable various kind of raw material, greatly improve quality and efficiency.

1. Each unit are control by servo motor ,can adjust different raw material ratio of expansion and contraction

2. XY-GU-281 Facial tissue cutting machine
Features:
1. This equipment is used to cutting folded tissue continuously and automatically. Such as boxed facial tissue or folded towel paper.
2. The design and manufacture of machine adopt the newest electricity technology and servo driving technology, which improve the stability of cutting much and improve the quality of cutting of tissue.
3. The cutting system is under perfect designing with auto grinding system, while the grinding bowl can count precisely to grind the blade in time as per the cutting times;
4. It is very simple and convenient to adjust to cutting different size facial tissue. Paper clip cutting part can be adjusted anytime for different size facial tissue without change other spare parts.
5. Adopt PLC controller and touching screener operation. The blade grinding frequency, the cutting speed as well as the cutting length is adjustable on PLC screener.

4. XY-GU-26B Semi automatic facial tissue bundle packing machine
Features:
1. This machine is suitable for soft packing of middle package, belt automatic blanking flip device, single row double adjustable, the activities of the head to facilitate the workers bagging, automatic delivery of finished products, provincial efficient. Double head out of the material only one person bagging!
