A,For paper width up to 2800mm to make bathroom tissue. Equipped with variable perforation length system to satisfy any length need. The speed of this rewinder is up to 200m/min, 3 cycles per minute, including:
★Two steel to rubber or steel to wool embossing units.
★Two or three back stands, with a double or three belt driving system, for jumbo rolls up to 1200mm diameter, and with a pneumatic loading of jumbo roll system.
B,This XY-TQ-A-G Economical line will automatically change core and unload the finished products, and automatically trim and seal the tails of the logs, leaving a lip about 20mm to make it easy for consumers to start using the rolls without tearing the paper at the seal.
C,All the driven system to be by means of synchronous belts, nylon belts and gears, for years of free maintenance. Electrical eyes will be mounted on the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper, cores or any other unforeseen problems. The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
D,The motor power is 7.5kW. Variable frequency control depending on the final specifications and requirements.

Description of the equipment:
XY-TQ-1575B this equipment is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The highest production speed is 140-200m/min. This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory.
This equipment can process raw paper of 1.2m (92B type) and 1.75m(75B type) in width. There are two types of this model: one is ordinary type, it used one embossed unit for 2 ply paper, and the other is dot-by-dot type, it used embossed units respectably for each one.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity control and cutting system.
The production process is: Unreeling - Embossing - Perforating- Lamination- Rewinding- Tail-gluing- Edge trimming---automatic core loading.
