XY-GU-20A New Model Facial Tissue Machine

Outline
The new removable facial tissue machine is cutting the base paper cut by the knife roll, interactive folded into a chain of rectangular or square facial tissue. This machine adopts inverter motor independent drive, automatic tension adjustment, automatic sub-count function, with high speed, neat folding, easy operation and so on.

1. Configuration pneumatic embossing, pneumatic separation. (Customer selection)
2. Wallboard rack fast and machine running stability is excellent
3. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatic paper driving , Stepless speed ratio of adjustment ,and web tension control.
4. Equipped with roots type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine
5. Make various products width as requirement .
6. Equipped with edge embossing unit to keep the plies together
7. The machine will stop when the paper broken. It avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken.
8.The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons, it's more safety and easier to thread the web.
